By accessing our website or purchasing a course or package, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. About Platinum Learning CE

Platinum Learning CE provides online continuing education resources for eligible healthcare professionals, including registered nurses (RNs), advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs), licensed vocational nurses (LVNs), and licensed psychiatric technicians (LPTs).

Our courses are intended to support professional education and license renewal requirements. Course availability, eligibility, and certificate terms are described on the relevant course or product pages.

2. Account Registration and Security

Some features require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current registration information.

• Keep your login credentials confidential.

• Use your own account and not share access in a way that violates these Terms.

• Keep your professional license information accurate where required for course records or certificates.

3. Course Purchases and Payments

Course and package prices, included courses, access periods, and applicable conditions are displayed on the relevant product page or at checkout.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. Your payment may also be subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

A purchase grants you access to the course or package described at checkout. It does not transfer ownership of our course content or intellectual property.

4. Course Access and Expiration

Course or package access is provided for the period stated on the relevant product page or at checkout. Where a two-year access period applies, access may expire two years after the applicable purchase or activation date.

After access expires, you may need to purchase another package to access additional courses or complete education for a future renewal cycle.

Your account may remain active after course access expires. Changing or resetting your password does not automatically delete your account.

We may update course content, features, or availability when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any specific purchase commitments.

5. Certificate Issuance and Two-Year Validity

Certificates are issued when you complete the applicable course requirements and satisfy the conditions stated for your course or package.

Where a certificate is issued with a two-year validity period, the certificate is valid for two years according to the dates and terms stated on that certificate.

You are responsible for reviewing your certificate and confirming that it meets the requirements of your professional licensing board.

Completing a course or receiving a certificate does not automatically renew your professional license. You remain responsible for submitting your renewal application, paying any required fees, and meeting all applicable licensing requirements.

A certificate’s validity under our service terms does not override the rules of the relevant licensing board. We do not guarantee that a licensing board will accept a particular course or certificate in every circumstance.

6. Course Completion and Professional Responsibility

You must complete the course activities and assessments required for your selected course or package.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing the course requirements, and ensuring that your selected education meets your professional needs.

Our educational materials are intended to support learning. They do not replace official licensing board instructions, applicable laws, or professional judgment.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy, available on our website.

Where a 30-day money-back guarantee is advertised, the conditions stated in the Refund Policy apply. Eligibility may depend on whether a certificate has been generated, saved, printed, or electronically reported, as described in that policy.

Please review the Refund Policy before making a purchase. If the terms on a product page differ from the general Refund Policy, contact us for clarification before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Intellectual Property and Copyright
