7. Course Access and Certificate Validity
Certificates issued through Platinum Learning CE have a two-year validity period, subject to the dates and terms stated on the certificate.
Learners should keep their certificates in their records for four years after completing the course.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information:
- Account information: Retained as needed to manage your account and provide our services.
- Course and certificate records: Retained in line with our recordkeeping needs, including the four-year certificate record period described above.
- Payment records: Retained as needed for accounting, refunds, transaction disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
- Customer support communications: Retained as needed to respond to inquiries and maintain appropriate business records.
- Technical information: Retained as needed for website operation, security, and troubleshooting.
Where appropriate, we may delete or de-identify personal information when it is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
